Returns

In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, in undamaged condition, in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • The 14-day period starts from the day you received the parcel (or a third party designated by you).
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened after delivery (e.g., in-ear headphones for hygiene reasons).
  • The returned item must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.

How to Make a Return — Step by Step

  1. Submit a return request — log in to your customer panel and go to the "My Orders" tab. Click the "Return" button next to the order you wish to return. You can also send an email to zwroty@shop.mx-hosting.pl with your order number.
  2. Receive confirmation — within 24 hours, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your request along with a return label (if using our courier service).
  3. Pack the product — pack the item in its original packaging. Include the completed return form (attached to the email) or a printed receipt/invoice.
  4. Ship the parcel — send the package via InPost Paczkomat or courier. If you use our return label, the shipping cost is covered by LaravelShop.
  5. Receive your refund — after receiving and verifying the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 days to the account from which the payment was made.

Refund Process

The refund is issued using the same payment method you selected at the time of purchase. If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be transferred to the bank account number you provide. The waiting time for a refund is up to 14 days from the date the Store receives the returned goods.


Claims (Complaints)

All products at LaravelShop are covered by a manufacturer's warranty (24 months standard) and statutory warranty in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Civil Code. If the goods you received have a physical or legal defect, you are entitled to file a complaint.

When Can You File a Complaint?

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (does not work properly from the moment of purchase)
  • The product has broken down during the warranty period
  • You received a product that does not match your order (different model, color, specification)
  • The product was damaged during transport

How to File a Complaint — Step by Step

  1. Submit a complaint — log in to your customer panel, go to "My Orders" and click "Complain" next to the relevant order. You can also send an email to reklamacje@shop.mx-hosting.pl.
  2. Describe the problem — provide the order number, a detailed description of the defect, the circumstances under which it was discovered, and attach photos or videos documenting the issue.
  3. Choose your request — you may request:
    • Product repair
    • Replacement with a new unit
    • Price reduction
    • Withdrawal from the contract (refund) — if the defect is significant
  4. Ship the product — once your complaint is accepted, we will send you a return label. Pack the product and dispatch the parcel.
  5. Wait for the decision — the complaint is processed within 14 calendar days from the date the defective goods are received. You will be notified of the decision by email.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Regardless of the statutory warranty, you may use the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty terms are defined in the warranty card included with the product. For most electronic devices, the warranty covers 24 months and is serviced by the manufacturer's authorized service centers.
