Terms and Conditions of the LaravelShop Online Store

Effective from: January 1, 2025

§1. General Provisions

1. The LaravelShop online store, available at shop.mx-hosting.pl, is operated by LaravelShop Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Marszałkowska 25/12, 00-639 Warsaw, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000912345, Tax ID (NIP): 5252678901, REGON: 389012345.
2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, delivery, payments, complaints and returns.
3. The use of the Store requires reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions.

§2. Placing Orders

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Store's website.
2. To place an order, the Customer selects products, adds them to the shopping cart, then proceeds to the checkout process by providing delivery details and selecting a payment method.
3. Placing an order constitutes the conclusion of a sales agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
4. After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation email with the order number and details.
5. Orders can be placed by registered users and guests (without creating an account).

§3. Prices and Payments

1. All prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including 23% VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN).
2. The price shown for a product at the time of placing the order is binding for both parties.
3. Available payment methods:
   • Przelewy24 — fast online bank transfer
   • BLIK — payment via BLIK code
   • Credit/Debit card — Visa, Mastercard
   • Traditional bank transfer — to the Store's bank account
   • Cash on delivery — payment upon receipt of the parcel (additional fee of PLN 5.00)
4. In the case of a traditional bank transfer, the order is processed after the payment has been credited to the Store's account.

§4. Delivery

1. Orders are fulfilled within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
2. Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
3. Orders placed and paid for by 2:00 PM on a business day are shipped the same day.
4. Available delivery methods and their costs are listed on the "Shipping & Payments" page and displayed during the checkout process.
5. Free shipping is available for orders over PLN 200.00.

§5. Warranty

1. All products available in the Store are new, original and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
2. The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase, unless the manufacturer has specified a different period.
3. Regardless of the manufacturer's warranty, the Customer is entitled to statutory warranty rights in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.

§6. Right of Withdrawal

1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by email at kontakt@shop.mx-hosting.pl or through the return form available in the customer panel.
3. The goods must be returned in an undamaged condition, in the original packaging, within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement.
4. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method that the Customer selected at the time of purchase.

§7. Complaints

1. Complaints should be submitted by email to kontakt@shop.mx-hosting.pl or through the complaint form in the customer panel.
2. A complaint should include: the order number, a description of the defect, the Customer's request (repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract) and photos documenting the defect.
3. Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

§8. Personal Data

The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

§9. Final Provisions

1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect on the date of their publication on the Store's website.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
3. Any disputes arising from contracts concluded through the Store shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
