Shipping
At LaravelShop, we make sure your order reaches you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. We work with the best courier companies in Poland and offer several convenient delivery methods.
Order Processing Time
- Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM on a business day are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next business day.
- Standard delivery time from the moment of shipment is 1–2 business days.

Free shipping is available for orders with a value of PLN 200.00 or more (does not apply to cash on delivery shipments and personal pickup).
InPost Paczkomat — How Does It Work?
- When placing your order, select the "InPost Paczkomat" option.
- On the map, select the nearest Paczkomat — you can search by postal code or address.
- Once the parcel is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a pickup code.
- Collect your parcel from the selected Paczkomat within 48 hours — simply scan the code in the InPost app or enter it on the keypad.
Shipment Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a tracking link. You can also check the shipment status in the "My Orders" section of your customer panel.
Important Information
- When receiving a parcel, check the condition of the packaging. In case of damage, prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier.
- For cash on delivery shipments, please prepare the exact amount — the courier may not carry change.
- During holiday periods and promotions, delivery times may be extended by 1–2 business days.
Payments
We offer convenient and secure payment methods, handled by the trusted operator Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.). All transactions are encrypted using the SSL protocol.

Payment Security
- All online payments are processed by Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.) — a licensed payment institution supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
- LaravelShop does not store credit card data — it is processed exclusively by the payment operator.
- The store website is secured with an SSL certificate, which encrypts all transmitted data.
VAT Invoice
We issue a VAT invoice for every order. If you need an invoice for your company, please provide company details (name, Tax ID) when placing the order. The invoice is available for download in PDF format in the customer panel and is also sent to your email address.
